How is "Open Water" getting such good reviews

I went to see it last night after seeing it has a Fresh rating on rottentomatoes and hearing some people talk positive about it...

it was alright i felt, but nothing special...the movei is only 79 minutes long and 60 of that nothing seems to happen

can anyone explain why they thought this movie was so good?

Because they're all afraid of sharks?

I'd rather watch Deep Blue Sea again myself. Now there's a shark movie! Plus Saffron Burrows goodness

I was thinking it looks like a boring movie myself, not something I'm going to rush out to see.
