How is Miss Bud so good?

For those who pay attention to hyrdos, how does the Miss Bud win all of the time? It's been dominating since the 60s at least, I don't understand how a fair sport could have something like Miss Bud.
 
I used to watch Miss Budweiser kick the crap out of Miss Madison every year at the
Regatta in Madison Indiana during the 70's....And she's still growing strong.

I would imagine it's the corporate money behind it, but I have no clue....

That's what I was about to say!

Wish they had a regatta here. Heck, the Ohio is like a mile wide right in downtown and there's the huge waterfront park and the So. IN shore has built up with restaurants and Ashland Park is kinda cool. The Derby Regatta
