How is Live Suite Free?

It's actually part of a plot to drive socialism down the throats of the world. If you give enough things away for free people will be reluctant to buy anything and the governments will intervene and take over various institutions for the greater good. Over a long enough period of time the government (or "the people", however you see it) will control everything - total socialism.

That, or Microsoft is using these services to push developers to use their Mesh and Azure cloud frameworks.

Microsoft would probably LOVE to charge for these applications, but Google's web apps have pretty much lowered the price point to zero for the competition.

Right now America is close to being a corporate dictatorship and big corps give away FREE stuff to keep little corps down.
