How is Lian Li's Customer Support?

Recently, I purchased a PC-V1020B. It's a great case, but I ran into a problem. The screws that they used to mount the front 140mm fans are so tight that I can't get them to budge. They're starting to strip out, and I want to replace the fans with something without LEDs.

I've submitted their contact form twice now, and each time I'm getting a mailer daemon auto-message stating that the Lian Li support email address's inbox is full. Ugh.

Assuming I do manage to get in contact with them, what should I expect? How do they compare to the likes of Antec, Corsair, and other brands that tend to bend over backwards to help their customers? I'm hoping that they'll send me the aluminum bracket that holds the front intake fans (albeit, with no fans attached) and a set of eight screws so that I can mount my own.
