How is ECS KN1 SLI Lite?

If I want to use it as is (not OC), is this a decent mobo? SoCal Fry's have A64 3800+ X2 with this mobo for $300 this weekend (Apr 21-25).

I have the kv2-lite, and it works fine. The kn1-lite should offer similar performance with lower voltage adjustments. Don't expect a great overclock.
