How is ASUS with replacing parts?

The fan just died on my ASUS video card Powered by ATI Radeon 9600 SE. I got this card with my ABS computer last Christmas. Who do I talk to about getting a new fan for it, ASUS or ABS. It's under a year so this should be covered. Any suggestions as for what to do?
 
Look HERE. Appears to be under warranty. See the RMA policy at the bottom of the ABS webpage I linked for ya.

ASUS is very good at this... They sent me 4 VGA fans so far - my two GF2 GTS heve been running non-stop for close to four years now...
