I play HL2, DOD:s, wanna try bioshock, Halo2 Vista, CS:S

Can I turn on AA?

I run CS:S 4xAA at 1920x1200 with all eye-candy on an X1800XT and 2.3GHz AMD 939 x2. So you'll be fine in that game and HL2, at the very least. Not sure about Bioshock or Halo2.

Hmm, but I assume your on XP, my switch to vista made me get a more powerful card, i changed to this from a 7800GT OC.

I dont have to worry about memory, should I turn off Aero (I dont even use it)

Nope, this is on my Vista system. And I left Aero on. To be honest, Valve did a great job of ensuring that CS:S/HL2 would work well even on systems that weren't the most powerful available. And the systems we have today eclipse the ones that were considered bleeding edge back when HL2/CS:S was first released.

what are getting on 3dmark06? I haven't gotten above 6311 on my e6750, and that was at 3704 with a 256mb x1950xt at 668/936.
