Technically with an average instead of a median 2/3 *can* be above average if the remaining 1/3 are waaaaaaaaaaay below.

Edit: of course with 0% being below avarage that just isn't possible.

I voted for AVERAGE. But of course the vast majority of the people here are going to say they are most intelligent... That's how arrogant most of ATOT is.
