How in the world do I remove a Heat Sink???

Okay, I have tried and tried - and I've all but give up so I thought I would ask here. I have a P2-Xeon 400 with a HUGE factory heat sink. I have purchased a HSF to replace the big heat sink, but I can't get the stupid thing off. Anyone have ANY idea how I do this? I am at a complete LOSS! I don't wanna break this thing by pulling it apart wrong.

I would appreciate ANY input on this. Thanks guys!

I didn't have any experience with Xeons... but here's a guide to remove a stock HSF for SECC2 PIIIs. Hope it helps.
