Personally, I think the flying car just cleared the Bimmer and it's just dumb luck that there doesn't seem to be any real damage to it.

From the news story;

Cincinnati Police said a driver was speeding down Reading Road, near Dorchester, Thursday morning when he lost control and crashed into a parking garage.

The force of the crash was so great that the car launched over three others, wedging it into the garage ceiling.

The buick probably hit the Jeep at an angle. When it was lifted and pinched against the roof, the momentum turned the buick to its current position.
