how important is having a gf?

Would having one solve most of my problems? No more neffing or bitching about random crap? No more stress related issues? My intuition says yes but also says that majority of atot will say they cause more complications than they solve.

Just having one for the sake of having one isn't going to do you too much good. Humans can be a bloody nuisance to deal with, significant others no exception. Just look at all the YAGTs around here. On the other hand, if you can find the right one, you do feel much better. It's no miracle cure; but you can have some lovely, highly relaxing times.

Trouble is, alas, that it's often only possible to find the person you'd love to have when things get tough when things aren't tough. That the person you latch on too when things are tough is somebody you could only really do well with when things aren't tough is quite likely as well. Neither of these is certain; but they are to be kept in mind.

That is a real question, I probably could just like you guys could, but she probably won't be something I'd 'want' or even resemble anything CLOSE to what I'd want.. I'm kind of in the middle of compiling a collage basically outlining the following

What I probably need<--- This is the most unlikely of them all to be done as if I knew what I needed, I won't be having any problems.

Also BTW, the way my life is right now is like Defragmenting a 300GB HDD with about only 1GB of free space...

Depends on what's causing your problems and what kind of gf you get heh.

If you do all that stuff because you have too much free time and nothing to do that's constructive, then it might help

This doesn't make sense, I won't be asking this if I was happy with my life. This ofcourse probably leads to you thinking that I was happy with the way things are going and I was asking whether or not I could add anything more to make things enjoyable.
