If you're in 7-11 and grab a six pack

and certain outside forces prevent you from purchasing said six pack

(not 21, forgot ID, or after beer cutoff time)

So you just throw down a Ten-ner on the counter and book for the door ...

Are you stealing ?

No, you're buying beer underage.

I don't know, try it and find out.
Call the police station. Call 7-11. Call a lawyer.

Starting a thread that has a 95% chance of turning into a mindless flamefest won't give you the answer.

if you did it this past weekend, it should be cool. just go back to the store and ask for your change.
