Rule 1: All inmates and correction officers must sleep within the facility.

Rule 2: In the beginning of the prison day all inmates and officers must spend a minimum of 1 hour on Reddit, yes that includes juvenile inmates.

Rule 3: All inmates and officers must be trained daily in meth cooking, anal, oral, and extensive firearm training.

Rule 4: Law is the default subject to study. Only after an inmate completes the PMITA's degree program may they pursue other interest.

Rule 5: The only food to be served will be eggs, oatmeal, and morphene pills.

Rule 6: Inmates must be released by their 15th year

(Violation of any of these rules is punishable by either paddling, detention, being scalded in a shower, termination, or execution.)

What do you guys think?

I think you need to stop with the parodies.

Didn't you just get one of your threads locked the other day for (bad) parody?

Are you dense? (Wait, we know the answer)

Rule 1: All inmates and correction officers must sleep within the facility.
This would not work because correction officers and facility have home lives. This would most likely both drive down desire to be a correction officers AND cause a great deal of 'orange flight' from the public prison system.

Rule 2: In the beginning of the prison day all inmates and officers must spend a minimum of 1 hour on Reddit, yes that includes juvenile inmates.
This would work because reddit is sp large. Any benefit that someone might obtain from reddit would be enhanced by the cooperative environment that sub-reddits on conviction level and that would evolve by necessity.

Rule 3: All inmates and officers must be trained daily in meth cooking, anal, oral, and extensive firearm training.
This will not work, with the price of proper professionals to do such training, and your requirement that everyone live at the school, the ability to fund such a program is mind boggling. On top of that having everyone properly trained in rape techniques will create so much discipline and health that it would destroy the fast growing food, porn, and drug industries.

Rule 4: Law is the default subject to study. Only after an inmate completes the PMITA's degree program may they pursue other interest.
Law is the wrong answer here. Clearly the only useful degree is genetic evolutionary anthropology. Further, a strong knowledge of Law would only solve the 'drug war' problem at one level: the number of new designer drugs hitting the streets would reach such epic proportions that we would never be able to brand, package, and profit from any one drug.
Rule 5: The only food to be served will be eggs, oatmeal, and morphene pills.
Great idea!

Rule 6: Inmates must be released by their 15th year.
Just give everyone parol: Problem solved.

(Violation of any of these rules is punishable by either paddling, detention, being scalded in a shower, termination, or execution.)

There needs to be a point-system for violations where in those who look like they have the least potential get fewer points when they screw up.

Foolish me! I might actually try to you know, help and rehabilitate people. If you read the histories, a lot of inmates come from poverty stricken backgrounds, many have suffered horrific abuse as children. Lots of undiagnosed and untreated mental and physical illness too.
