How I got the MSN Passport discount to work through Ebates

I just made two purchases today. None of them went into my ebates account. Is there a way to contact them and get the $ from them?

and I know from experience they won't even research it if it hasn't been at least month, for fear that you'll get credited twice.

BTW, the don't advertise a phone # but they're very good at answering email.

There may be an easier way. What I did was sign into Passport then start eBates in the same browser window and proceeded onto the merchant. When I clicked on Passport at checkout, I went directly to the Passport select CC, address, etc. screen bypassing the Passport sign in which is what doesn't work right under eBates.

In order for this method to work, do you need to create the MSN account using your ebates email address? Or any email address will do? Thanks!!

Not only did i loss out on the 30.00 off.
but while trying to get ebates and passport both to work the 32 pip got pulled.
Can someone please tell me how to get the 2 to work?
I tried what was said in the other threads but it does not seem to work for me.
I keep getting nothing in my cart when it was there the screen before.
Did they get hip to what we are doing?
All I need it the ebates banner at the top and passport discount in the bottom right?
Please help.

I know sometimes it takes up to a month for ebates to show your purchase. I did get my ebates for shopping at mercata and with 20% with no browser gyrations (not that I didn't try). I got the whole $300+ @ 5% for my tivo, not the after discounted price of $275. It says on the ebates site that as long as you go thru the ebates site to make your purchase, even if you lose your little ebates frame you should still get your rebate. I have emailed them a few times concerning rebates and they are pretty quick at responding, try it. So remember people, the key term is that you shopped from their site.

Has anybody's eBates account been credited yet? I bought from Mercata on 11/18 (and have already received my order) and I bought several times from Photoalley on 11/19 and none of the credits are showing up in my eBates account yet. Sure, it says up to 30 days, but it also says that normally they show up within 48 hours. I'm getting a bit worried that eBates is not going to credit me.
