How i can put my company logo instead of windows logo in ..

- when i press right click in My Computer "General Tab" -> Manufactued and supperted by ... & but the name in th right

- instead of boot screen "after windows logo"

This is about the coolest trick i have seen in awhile. I always wondered how Compaq and the others got their logo inside the general props. I just made a 169x112 bmp and it looks great. it will now go on all my custom built boxes. Thanks Guys.

how do you make the background transparent? im using photoshop 5.5 and the 256:256:256 background doesnt make it transparent. also, having a transparent layer doesnt make it transparent. im saving it in Windows BMP format 24 bit and the background appears white. any ideas?

Png format supports it too. But, I don't think windows supports it well. The linux guys use it a quite a bit.
