how i can get rid of the Win2000 setup screen from boot??

I was having errors with cd when trying to install Win2000Pro to my system, so I tested it on my brother's system just to see if it would start, and then canceled before installing. Well, now everytime he starts his system, it comes up to either boot to Win2000 Pro setup, or just WinME. How would I get rid of this?? I tried fdisk/mbr, but that didn't work.
