How huge is your Start/Programs menu?

Windows users: When you click on start and point at programs, how many items are listed in the root when NOT fully expanded? I have 88.

11 items, I keep my start menu organized. I can't stand it when I use other people's computers and they have two or three columns of icons all jumbled together.

i have about 25- one column, i don't use the expanding start menu. hate mutliple columns.
