How HOT should my Intel E6300 duo cpu run?

Hi, I just finished building my FIRST computer from the case up. I plugged in the cord and it came to life!! NOT one problem!!! I was actually SCARED it would be nothing but problems....Anyway can someone tell me what my OPERATION tempature should be about? Also, what tempature should I set the BIOS (OVERHEAT) shutoff at?My computer is running a Intel Duo E6300,1.86Ghz processor ,so if someone can tell me the NORMAL operating temp and the shutoff it would be GREAT!!! My E6600 was running at 37 degrees with the stock Intel heatsink/fan. What is it running at idle?
