Case: 25 C
CPU: 44 C

My CPU rarely is above 42, but I just cranked the heat cause I left the door open and the house got cold :Q

Mine ran so hot the power supply cut out!

Course, that's cuz I didn't notice when the fan died and it sat running for a few days without the fan.

XP2000+ running the FSB @ 141MHz so it comes out to about a XP2150

Running an Alpha PAL8045 with a 92mm fan on a homemade adapter

48°C - hsf is a bit dirty :) I have a new hsf coming as well. I plan to make some duct work, etc, to draw cool air straight in and make my whole system quieter. I would love to do watercooling, but I don't have the cash. I have some ideas for custom water blocks that I'd love to try out sometime :)

running a volcano 7. heard there was some type of way to keep it running the same speed the entire time? im feeding it air from a case fan from the side ...

51C ... tbird 1.3ghz, no OC, with case open (case closed causes to overheat). It's a little hot but don't care because it has a nice quiet 80mm fan on it.
