400mhz ram

OCD
420mhz core
475mhz ram

Stable.

I tilted the heatsink to the side on my 6200 card and it started to artifact once the core hit 140 C... Wouldn't be a good idea to run it at that lol but it shows u how much punishment a card can take.

Keep it at bellow 80 C on full load and the card should run fine for years
 
Actually, my 6600 vanilla had 145°C as the temp that it would either start throttling the card, or shut the card down. It was called the Thermal Something or Other😀, and you couldn't even change the temp, it was locked. All I know is that it never hit 60°C, while playing Far Cry & F.E.A.R., so I never worried about it.
 
140 to 145 Celsius is extremely hot. Only 100 C is needed to boil water. Your cards may be stable at those clocks for a time, but you will burn the core before too long.

It'd be better to simply buy a better video card, no matter how high you OC that 6200, there is no way its going to catch even a GF6600 at stock settings.
