How hot is... to hot? (CPU)

Hey i was wondering what the SAFE CPU temp range is... its an athlon 1ghz... thinking about over clocking... how fast u think i could get it if i put a Dragon Orb III HSF in it?

my MoBo is an ECS K7S5A and i herd they arent good for Over Clocking... is this true? i guess id ont relly have to worry about over clocking... but it would still be cool

Different mobo varies. TRy to keep it below 60 Celcius. You should be good from there.
