how hot is safe for my athlon 64?

I was wondering how hot can my athlon 64 be and still be safe? trying to create a very quiet system and at the moment have a 5v fan on my athlon 64 3200+ w/ thermalright slk-948U

I am thinking I am going to switch my exhuast fan (panaflo 92mm M1B) to the cpu instead - thanks for helping guys
 
I would say anything hoter then 120 is to much. The stock hs ran my cpu at 105F, this thermaltake VENUS 12 w/panaflo 2500 rpm fan runs it 35/93.
 
no i don't have cnq enabled i fold all day - i installed a 92 mm fan on my cpu now and brought down temps to 49c/120f w00t hopefully this will be on my way toward a cool quiet system
