Yeah, the older Mendocinos all use 2.0 volts, use 0.25-micron lithography, and have the distinctive nickel-plated copper heatspreader over the core. The Coppermines use 0.18-micron and run lower voltages ranging from 1.50V to 1.8V, and they don't have a heatspreader, just the naked core. The Coppermines I've seen all are green, too, whereas the older ones are brown. HTH
