How high would you push an Athlon 550?

I've got a .25um Athlon 550 I picked up in january. I know that even though it's .25 it still has good overclocking potential, heat is just my enemy.

I'm ordering an Alpha P7125 with YS Tech Fans for it (and a GFD)

What do you guys think I could push it to? 650? 700?

Well, it kinda depends on the core u got. My "Classic" Athlon 500 has a (600 core). I'm working on getting some better cooling and I'm shooting to get 750Mhz outta it. I'm trying the Orb on mine for cooling. Currently I'm running at 650MHz w/ 1.65v (don't know if the .5v is necessary...). I ran the FSB up to 105 but after using it a bit I started getting some errors so I clocked it back to 100MHz for now.

I've been told that it has a 650 Core, but I don't actually know how to look.

The numbers on top of the cartridge read it as a 550 .25um.

I think there is a way to tell by the #s on the top but I'm not sure how. But the only way I know of checking is by actually taking off the heat plate (can be a biatch sometimes) and looking at the actual core of the chip. If its a 650 you should see it say it at the end of a set of #s.
