How high will proceesor speeds go on new a7v or kt7 motherboard?

Ive got a 750 thunderbird and am wondering how high i will be able to upgrade. ie-how far will these mb's go 1.4 gig?

You can go as high as 12.5 on both of them, but I think the KT7 might be able to go higher because it has a totally jumperless configuration. Also, I heard that the Mustang can be used with the KT7, don't know about the A7V, but I think it should.
