How High Will an X300 Overclock

I'm thinking about getting either an X600XT or an X300. If the X300 overclocks to match the X600XT, then I'll just get that. And by the way, Don't suggest any Nvidia cards because they're not compatible with my motherboard for some odd reason.

I don't think it'll be able to overclock very well unless you're gonna change from the stock cooling system. (They're usually passive on the x300.)

yeah, I'd probably put a new cooling system on it. SVC has some nice ones.

So, what mobo do you have? If its an ATI-based mobo, then the bit about NVIDIA cards not being compatible with it is a bunch of crap. ATI cards work just fine in nForce-based mobos, and NVIDIA cards work fine in ATI-based mobos. I really can't think of a motherboard that wouldn't be compatible with an NVIDIA card, as NVIDIA and ATI are the 2 biggest GPU manufacturers out there, period.

Damn spelling :p ;)
