do you think i should overclock or not?

i have a MSI KT3 Ultra and a 2000+ XP cpu in a Lian Li 86 case(3 total fans running at medium fan speed). The CPU is using a coolmaster CPU FAN|HHC-001 PURE COPPER.

bout the fan:
CPU FAN|HHC-001 PURE COPPER (AMD/INTEL) For socket 370, A, 462, (Intel) PIII CuMine Up to 1.13GHz & Higher, Celeron/Tualatin up to 1.5GHz Higher. (AMD) Athlon up to 1.8GHz, Athlon 4 up to 2.2GHz, Duron up to 1GHz & Higher. This is designed for Overclocking. ( THE ULITMATE THERMAL SOLUTION)

Currently this is the stats of the system: (degrees celcius)

CPU: 45 C
Chassis: 39 C
Fan: 7000rpm

Do you want to be faster? Then overclock it. You'll soon find out whether or not that fan is the ultimate thermal solution or not, though...my guess is you might need better cooling before attempting this. 45C on your CPU iss a little high for my tatse now, and that will only go up after overclocking. Try a ThermalRight AX-7 with a Vantec Tornado 80mm fan...I can prime, fold, bench, you name it , for any period of time, and my temps under load are less than 40C....
