How high should my ATI Radeon 8500LE O/C?

By default it's 250/250. I've run 3dMark2001SE and Morrowind at 265/265 without problems, but I don't want to push it too much without knowing what its capable of. 🙂 Thanks!

It's the 128mb version, with 3.6ns Infineon DDR SGRAM.
 
I bought mine clocked at 250/250 so was lucky and have it running happily at 275/275 using 6025 drivers.

with extra cooling you could easily go higher.
