How high of rating would you consider buying from any merchant at resellersratings.com?

You're one smart shoppers lmao, some try to save a little more but only got burned at the end of the deal. When they realize that they are just trying to sell their products and not satisfy you as a consumer.
The bad thing about most merchant is that they deduct shipping fee+restocking fee, and they do not want to refund you right away either. Takes their time like more then a month, so you get frustrated as they don't care either so when you call, they act clueless "what do you want to do with it?" and you tell them again "I asked for refunds..." now that's bad business practice. I think I'd better end it here cause I could write a whole dictionary about how most of us get treated badly and being sold what wasn't advertised on pricewatch.com(scam deals).

Proabably an 8, but I think the actual written reviews would also factor into it.
