How high oc with FOP38 and arctic compound?

Just like the questions suggests, I want to know how high I can take a 1ghz tbird athlon on a asus a7v133 using globalwin's FOP38 HSF and arctic compound.

Anyone with similar setup?

take it as high as your chip will go. You prob wont have heat issues with fop-38 if u have case fans
