Now I know software readings aren't accruate, but I just put in one of my older Antec PSUs to replace my dead coolmax. My Antec has adjustable rails, and I remember adjusting them when I had another motherboard. Now they are reading 5.295 for 5v, and 12.464 for 12V. Is that dangerously high?
 
plus or minus 5% is pretty much acceptable, but you can't really trust software readings anyway, I'd use a voltmeter to be sure.
