How high is too high for Vdimm?

My Vdimm runs between 2.70V and 2.74V according to MBM. How high is it safe to go when overclocking FSB?

DDR DIMMs run nominally at 2.5 volts. I would be reluctant to run above 2.9 volts; 3.0 volts would be the absolute ceiling.
