how high is to high

i just overclocki\ed my xp1800 to 2400mhz(200x12 W/1.70vcore). i want to know is how high can i go on the vcore with out killing the cpu? its just for benchmarks. the temps at 2400mhz are 38C ide, 45 underload, with the case open and my volcano 12 at 50%.

1.7 isn't much at all, most only feel comfortable going up to 1.8 volts but i personally don't like going much past 1.9.

thanks i will try for 2500mhz with a 1.75vcore, be back with bench marks in a while(i hope).

never mind, i need a new psu to do it, i only have a enermax 300 watt right now. i will upgrade to a 400watt soon
