How high does your DDR 400 go?

How high above 400 mhz does your memory go, and what brand/mobo?

I have kingmax 1 gig 2x512, currently at 450mhz, cas 2.5 4-4-8---sandra memtest 7200 mb/s estimate

will try and go higher tomorrow

Using Corsair Value Select in a dual channel setup

unfortunately they can only reach 440MHz dual channel (220MHz)

My PC2700 only goes to 200MHz.

My PC3200 hasn't been tested beyond 200MHz.

That being said

1GB @ 400MHz > 512MB 400+MHz for an Athlon XP

only tested 231 so far. wont do 278 reliably though.

maybe i will flash my bios to get the 183 mem divider.

I can only get to 205MHz with my 2x 256MB Geil ValueRam and 1x 512 of Corsair X-treme at timings of 2-3-3-3-8. It doesn't really bother me, though as my comouter is fast enough as is.🙂

My PC2700 does 221MHz FSB at 2-2-2-11, and my PC3200 only hits 212 MHz FSB at the same timings. I bet everyone can guess which RAM has BH-5 chips.
