How high did you clock your 650e?

I'm picking up a coppermine this weekend at a computer show, cb0 stepping. I'm debating between a 650e and a 700e. The 650e is cheaper and I have the ram and motherboard to run it above 133mhz, if it'll clock that high. In other words, if the core quality between these chips is close, I may as well get the 650e and clock it at a higher frequency. What are you 650e owners getting out of these chips?

Thanks czar...I forgot about overclockers.com = built in survey results. The 700 looks to be worth the extra cash and, besides, I only have three peltiers. ;)

My cb0 FCPGA 650E won't even do the dance at 6.5x133 866MHz@1.65V :|

It sucks, not even stable at 910MHz@1.9V.

So I stick to my tried and true 550@836MHz Now.

650E cB0 slot-1, made in Philippine, 910 MHz, 1.75v, golden orb

Perfectly stable for 5 days now. Can run higher but haven't tested extensively yet.

650 cB0 running at 910 @ 1.85v the CPU does fine at 1.7v up to 897mhz. That's using a GlobalWin FKP32.

Thanks for the input. I'm finally up and running...took a little longer than expected, my tv tuner, scsi controller and ethernet pci cards really didn't want to cooperate with the upgrade (or each other) :| Thank God that's over.

In any event, I ultimately picked up an OEM 650 cb0 at the computer show. Only one vender was carrying the 700 fc-pga chips, all retail...just too much of a price difference to justify. IMO Plus, the vender I bought from had just received the OEM 650 shipment the previous day.

I must say I'm impressed. I'm typing away now on a very stable system that is currently clocked at 949 mhz. I'll try to squeeze some more out later, but that will likely involve some memory timing issues that I don't want to get into right now...I'm a little preoccupied with Diablo II. :)

hehehe Guess my P3-650 is a good one ;o)
it's a cB0 steping..
Retail..
on a P2B (Rev. 1.10) with a MSI slocket
and some old PC100 Mem...

Well, I got to 975Mhz totally stable, with the Retail HS/F and Stock Voltage, 1.65v... Wish I had more FSB settings, might go higher... ;o)
