How high can you run your memory on a GF3...?

I just yesterday got a great card in... Its a Visiontek GF3 that will now work perfect with both GPU & memory sliders all the way maxed out... Of course the memory makes the difference more so than the GPU but is there another utility that allows you to run the memory higher...? (BTW no artifacts or any other problems so far...)

Also what are the default settings for a GF3 Ti500...?
