How high can you overclock an Athlon 64 2800+?

I have my 2800+ Clawhammer at 2.0 ghz without any changes to voltages or ram. Anything over 2.0 ghz and Computer reboots while playing games or similar, but not sure if it is the processor , or the power supply. Chaintech VNF-250 and Mushkin Basic Green PC3200 Ram
