At Weight Lifting the other day we were doing standing jumps to see how high we could jump and see how explosve you were.
I could stand still and jump 134cm
and I'm 5"10.

You had to stand still and jump on to the discs. You had to get both feet on to it. Once on to it you could jump off but as long as you had 2 feet on it the jump counted. This is a standing jump and you could do a little jump to start you off. You had to have your feet still then just jump. You tuck your legs in to you can get higher.
I'm 5"10, weight of 167lbs. I can max squat 130kg (286lbs that was a few weeks ago and I wasn't pushing 100% then so I think I should be able to do about 135kg = 297lbs or might be a bit more)
