How high can u OC Creative Labs GTS 64 DDR safely

With Stock heatsink on Core and no cooling on RAM.

I really dont want to fry the core or ram chips

Not really core heatsink but changed to a Globalwin. Mine did 235/400 no problems except that it won't run 3dMark2k. As for games, it's very stable.....
