How high can the FSB go on an 8KHA+

I know it's different for each board, but what's the avearage. I know the bios sais like 200, but what can the board do stable (asuming the RAM, CPU, and PCI cards can keep up), also would adding a Crystal orb or other extra cooling help or does the northbridge get warm enough to worry about that?

ive seen alot of people get fsb speeds in the range of 165-190 but there are always exceptions both higher and lower
