How high can I get an intel 670(3.8GHZ Pentium 4) on water cooling?

How high can one get his Pentium 4 3.8GHZ stock on a water cooling system, would an 800MHZ overclock be possible?

Doubtful. 670 is still Prescott 2M core.

To hit 5Ghz easily, you need Cedar Mill core, 6x1 series.

I would think 4.3-4.5 would be more realistic. It really depends if you got a great chip or not.
