How High can an AMD K6-300 go??? IS THIS OVERCLOCKABLE??? HELP!!!

Unlikely - the /300 speed grade was the highest available on the K6. But if your board runs that one, it'll certainly be able to run a K6-2 at 6.0x 66 = 400 MHz (for 6.0x, jumper to what is labelled as 2.0x).
