I used to love baseball, but stopped watching after the strike. I also like basketball but I have found that over the years my interest is down to ZERO. Almost everyone I know is a sports junkie and gets so worked up over it.

I can watch baseball and go to games sometimes, but I don't go out of my way to follow sports. I did watch world cup games when I had the opportunity, but beyond that, I don't really care either.

I live in NC so you know I pretty much have to get hyped for UNC games and Panthers games.

Football is fun to watch, but I don't really get into it. I refuse to live vicariously through sports figures who couldn't give two sh!ts about me. I mostly like watching people getting the crap nocked out of them.

Like you, I pretty much stopped watching baseball after the big strike that cancelled the world series.
Same for football...
Never cared one whit about basketball
Hockey...ONLY if I'm at a game, not on TeeVee...
I'm perhaps the strongest union supporter on ATOT, yet when these spoiled millionaires want to strike over a fvcking game...then fvck them. Not sure what the current MINIMUM player salary is, but it's gotta be in the hundreds of thousands of $$ per year...MUCH more than working people get for actually doing work....

For me, most sports have the fun ruined by the complexity of the rulebook. Basketball being the single biggest offender. The first time I actually went and paid attention to an NBA game I was confused when one person ran into another, and the person that got ran into was called for a foul. Also, FOULS SHOULD NOT BE PART OF A STRATAGY IN ANY SPORT.

I enjoyed watching Brazil in the World Cup. I used to watch NFL until my hometeam threatened to move unless a tax was passed to pay for unneccesary stadium upgrades. UFC is fun to watch.

Soccer is gaining in popularity. Baseball is losing popularity. It's only a matter of time before soccer is more popular than baseball.

Ehh, Sometimes I will catch a Bears or Blackhawks game, but only if I'm bored. Really, I don't care.

I enjoy college football and college wrestling. The rest make me snooze.

I live in NC, went to NC State, don't give a sh!t about any games. I can get into football if it is my hometeam the Broncos, and I watch the Patriots games with my gf since she lived in Maine, but that's it...

Golf or Tennis only. I hate football and baseball season. No matter what channel you put it on (local channels) you'll get football or baseball or terrible dramas. I hate the season more than watching it, watching it isn't bad, but I could careless who wins or loses.
