One thing that would probably practically eradicate STDs if if people sticked to only having sex with their SOs. But it seems it's completely normally accepted by society that it's ok to have sex with all sorts of random people. People who you may not even know much.

It sounds to me that your cure is worse than the disease.

Butt stuff has a slightly higher chance of spreading HIV.

Being gay doesn't automatically give you AIDS, it's mostly how you have sex. If your friend is using condoms, he's probably fine. But you guys might be able to find a club tonight where you can both get tag teamed by eight different coked-up bikers without using protection.
