How has Bush negatively effected the nation?

I hear all the time how he has screwed everything from A to Z. What I'm looking for is a concise list of stuff that he has messed up. And don't say, "Oh there's too much stuff to list.", just list a few things or none at all. I want this to be a list of stuff he has legitimately kaboshed, in the following format.

George Bush did ABC. ABC has caused XYZ and will cause JKL in the future.

I eagerly await the ultimate list of GBW fuckups.

The President of the self-professed small govt party has grown the size, scope, and cost of the federal govt faster than any other President in US history, even faster than FDR during the Great Depression.

GW Bush has been, in a single sentence, the most fiscally irresponsible President that America has ever had. Our great great grandchildren will be footing his bill.
