How hard would it be to replace the exterior door handles?

My friend's door handles in her 92 corolla apparently didn't last well and became brittle and shattered. I found an auction on ebay that sells the part: ebay. How much work would be required to remove the old ones and install the new ones? Does it involve opening the body panels or is it easier than that?

i'm not sure about that gen corolla but the most you have to do is just remove the interior of the door panel and replace the door handles form the inside.

You'll need to remove the door panels in order to get to them. It's not that hard if you're mechanically inclined.
