How Hard It Is To Work At The Car Dealership

well I need to get my 10,000mile routine done so I email my dealer
I'm about to reach 10,000 miles and I would like to come in
for the following

- Check Engine Oil and Coolant
- Replace Engine Oil
- Rotate Tires

May I do this today? (Friday 03/28/03)


and I get a reply saying
BE HEAR KNOW LATER THEN 11:45AM TODAY THANK YOU HELEN


Makes me think twice about going to the dealership
I will make sure to be thear know later then 11:45am.
( hear = here, know = no, then = than )

Hmm...please tell me it's only for warranty purposes that you're gonna let them touch your car with less than 10k miles on it.

Edit: Especially for an oil change & tire rotation.

doesn't surprise me at all. every car dealership i was at hires from the local prisons and mental institutions.

Cap's lock isn't that big of a deal. Many offices/companies have mainframe applications that involve the use of caps locks for data consistency. She probably just forgot to turn it off. When you see 90% of your text in caps, then you seldom realize that you are indeed typing in all caps.

Other than that though, it is pretty piss poor grammar....not that I'm the epitome of proper English 🙂

All as a Automotive Technician, every single one had imbeciles running the service department, parts department and sales department, I guess the intellectually retarded eventually end at dealers because nobody else wants them.
