How hard is it to Replace a mobo, with the same model mobo?

I had another thread about having to RMA stuff for my computer, and i wasn't sure what to RMA next, but I think i've settled on the Mobo for my next shot at RMA'ing....now I have an asus a8v deluxe...and i'm obviously going to get the same thing back, so it shouldn't be that hard correct, from a drivers standpoint? Pop the old one out and put the new one in and hook everything up to it I assume?

The only thing you have to check is the BIOS rev. It should be the same one you have or a later one, but you should check to be sure.

You don't really have to set anything up in the bios, but you can tweak a few settings if you wish.

If it's the same motherboard model, then you can just do a clean swap. Windows will not even bat an eye.
