How hard is it to remove the heatsink on my Xtasy6564?

The heatsink is glued down with eposy. How much pressure is needed to pop of the heatsink. I know some ppl just put the card in the freezer for a little bit to weaken the eposy, but I dont want to do that because it will weaken the eposy holding the ramsinks down too. And I dont plan on replacing the ramsinks.

It weakens epoxy only temporarily while the card is frozen.
15 min in a freezer, then pop it up. Thats what I did with my 6564.

so as long as I just leave the ramsinks alone, the eposy wont get any weaker right?

Not hard. Any reasonably sharp wood chisel should do the trick!
