How hard is it to keep the AC running?

I don't understand how 1 section of the building can be 70 degrees and the section right next to it can be 85 degrees? then other sections vary in temperature as well.

It's always warm in my section of the building but today it's worse.

Does our AC just suck, do the maintenance people not know how to set it properly, or what? This is just ridiculous.

It could be improper settings, but the problem is more likely due to the system not being designed properly (capacity in your zone, layout of duct work, etc).

We had a configuration problem in ours that they seem to have figured out. I guess they had to take care of some louvers or vents or something.
